We keep pricing straightforward so families can plan with confidence. Services are billed by the hour, with a minimum visit length typically starting at two to three hours so we have enough time to provide meaningful support, not rushed care. Rates vary based on the level of assistance required (for example, light housekeeping and companionship versus more hands-on mobility or personal care). Before any visits begin, we walk you through an estimate that outlines the recommended schedule, expected monthly total, and any optional add-ons so there are no surprises.
Invoices are usually issued every two weeks or monthly and can be paid by e-transfer, credit card, or cheque. Many families pay privately, but some may have coverage or support through employee benefits, veterans’ programs, or long-term care insurance. While we do not determine eligibility for these programs, we’re happy to provide detailed documentation and visit summaries to support your applications or reimbursement claims. Our goal is to be transparent and flexible so you can focus on your loved one’s wellbeing rather than worrying about the bill.
